My name is Julia Esakoff, and I am currently a fourth-year student pursuing a degree in earth sciences with an emphasis in geoanalytical studies. I am from Whitefish, which is located in the northwest region of Montana. I was introduced to, and developed an interest in, science and industry by my dad who owns and operates an engineering optics lab. Currently, I am working under Dr. John McCloy, focusing on glass and ceramic materials research which I plan to continue through graduate school. In my free time I enjoy skiing, hiking, running, and cooking.
